1. Scope
These Terms of Service govern your use of qbvortumnus.world (the “Site”) and how you submit booking inquiries or other requests to qbvortumnus (“we”, “us”, “our”). Please note: submitting an inquiry is not a binding booking agreement unless we confirm it in writing.
2. Booking inquiries and no guarantee of availability
- When you submit a request through the Site, you ask us to consider a booking. We may respond with questions, an offer, or availability confirmation.
- We do not guarantee that a specific itinerary, price, or travel date will be available.
- Any itinerary and pricing information shown on the Site is for information purposes and may change before confirmation.
- A contract is formed only when we confirm your booking (for example, by sending a written confirmation).
3. Relying on itinerary, pricing, and operational details
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for misunderstandings or decisions made by you based on information that is marked as preliminary, subject to change, or not confirmed for your specific booking.
We will use reasonable efforts to provide accurate information, but suppliers, schedules, and conditions may change. Confirmed terms in our booking confirmation apply.
4. Communications and requests
If you contact us or submit a form, you agree that we may use your details to process your request and respond. We may also use the information you provide to maintain business records and support our operations.
5. Limitation of liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.
- We do not provide a guarantee of uninterrupted availability of the Site.
6. Out-of-court dispute resolution (ADR)
If you have a consumer dispute related to our services available through the Site, you may use out-of-court dispute resolution (ADR) in accordance with applicable Latvian law, including:

We may participate in ADR where applicable and where the ADR body and procedure requirements are met.
7. Mandatory legal notices
If our tourism/travel offer is presented as an information society service online, we provide basic provider identity and contact details in a clear, direct, and permanently accessible manner. This section is provided in line with Informācijas sabiedrības pakalpojumu likums.
If we send commercial communications, they are presented as commercial, and we ensure the legally required clarity and opt-out possibility in line with Informācijas sabiedrības pakalpojumu likums.
If we store/access non-essential information on your terminal equipment, we request your consent after providing clear and comprehensive purpose information, unless a statutory technical exemption applies, in line with Informācijas sabiedrības pakalpojumu likums.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates when changes were made. If changes materially affect existing bookings or offers, we will communicate relevant updates where required.
